Women’s Fund of Central Indiana, a special interest fund of Central Indiana Community Foundation, ispleased to announce the appointment of Caroline Dutkanych, CFRE, as Vice President of Philanthropy.

With more than 24 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Caroline brings a proven track record of strategic, donor-centered fundraising across major gifts, campaigns, corporate partnerships, and development planning. She has held executive and interim leadership roles for organizations such as Gennesaret Free Clinics, a human services nonprofit that provides free, high-quality healthcare for those without health insurance; and Prevail, a victim advocacy and rape crisis center that utilizes a trauma-informed approach to support survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and violent crime. Caroline has been serving as interim development consultant for Women’s Fund since August, helping the organization exceed its 2024 fundraising goals.

Caroline is a longtime and valued member of the Women’s Fund family. An alumnae of OPTIONS Class 6 and a participant in several committees, she has served the organization as both development officer and director of development in the past.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Caroline is an active community volunteer, currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Washington Township Schools Foundation, where she chairs the Strategic Planning Committee and serves on the Grants Committee.
