Women’s Fund of Central Indiana announced 19 new members of the Executive Women of Color Leadership Program, a partnership with Carolene Mays’ Black Leadership + Legacies and 18 new members of OPTIONS Class 24. These programs demonstrate Women’s Fund’s commitment to its strategic goal of leveraging the work, wealth and wisdom of women throughout Central Indiana.

The Executive Women of Color Leadership Program is a year-long commitment that is provided in partnership with Black Leadership + Legacies, Inc. by Carolene Mays which provides participants with development in areas of leadership, board governance, legacy wealth building and purpose. The program also addresses critical issues that specifically affect women of color in the workplace.

Similarly, the OPTIONS program was designed to help participants get smart about critical issues impacting women and girls and develop a philanthropic vision to address them. New participants will join the more than 500 women who have amplified their philanthropic voice through OPTIONS.

“We are thrilled to welcome these women into the Executive Women of Color Leadership Program and OPTIONS Class 24. By equipping them with the tools to amplify their voices and make meaningful change, we are creating a ripple effect of impact for women and girls,” said Tamara Winfrey-Harris, president of Women’s Fund of Central Indiana. “Each participant represents a powerful force for women, and we are excited to support them on their journey.”
